He is survived by : his wife Agnes Banks Hughes of Keswick; his children, Rhonda Mae Hughes of Alexandria and John Troy Hughes of Reston, Virginia; his aunt Evelyn Elaine Hughes of Charlottesville; his brother Vincent Geiger Hughes; his sister-in-law Lenora Hughes of Tacoma; his sister Gloria Hughes Green of Charlottesville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Brandon Jamaal Friloux of Painesville, Cameron Justin Hughes (Mia), Mia Askins Hughes of Yokosuka and Ashleigh Marguerite Friloux of San Diego, California.; and his great grandchild Maiah Askins. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
