We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024, at the age of 72, Louise Fontaine Cadot Proffitt of Keswick, Virginia, born in Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Meade Cadot and Agnus Allinson Cadot of Greenville, Delaware.; and her brothers, Dickie of Wilmington and Andrew (Lindsey) of Portland, Maine.. She is survived by : her husband Sterling C. Proffitt of Keswick; her son Andrew S. "Scotty" Proffitt (family: Tai Browne); her grandson Chandler Scott Proffitt of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; her brother H. Meade Cadot (Sandy) of Hancock; her niece Virginia C. Fatima (Kyle); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anwar of New York City and Nora of New York City; her brother-in-law Carl D. "Chubby" Profitt, III (Becky); her nephew Cody (Faith); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rianon of Fluvanna County and Connor of Fluvanna County; her nephew Jeff; and also Robbie of Charlottesville. She is also survived by his family, Tai Browne and their son.
