He was predeceased by : his parents, Burmah David Crews, Jr. and Gladys Midkiff Crews; and his brother-in-law James H. Hanmer, Jr.. He is survived by : his sisters, May Crews Jones (Wallace) of Nathalie and Mary Elizabeth Crews Hanmer (Betsy) of Keysviile; his niece Catherine L. Jones; his nephew Michael L. Jones; his great-niece Brigid Gatlin; and his great-nephew Connor Gatlin.
