He was predeceased by: his mother Cherie J. Bashlor. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Weaver Floyd of Keysville; his daughter Chloe Floyd of Columbus, GA; his father James A. Floyd, Jr. (Leta) of Fishersville, VA; his stepchildren, Bradley Wheatcraft, Kayla Weaver and Alexis Weaver; his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee Weaver and Delilah Wheatcraft; his half-sisters, Jennifer Fifer, Crystal Bennett, Joy Perez, Suzan Keith and Angela Court; and his stepbrother Steve Cash.
