He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexwell Lee and Roxie Mae Lane Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Pearson Brown; his children, Cynthia Lynne Koon (Lee), Kenneth Michael Brown and William Rexwell Brown; his grandchildren, Candace Francis (Tommy Hollowell), Katrina, Shannon Smith (Max), Millie Rayne Brown and Gavin Deacon Brown; his brother Wayne Brown; and his close friend Debbie Smith.
