He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, James Hobson (Jessica) of Jacksonville, Fla. and Jarrod Hobson (Juhi) of Harrisonburg; his granddaughters, Charlee Hobson, Saylor Hobson, Maya Hobson and Evie Hobson; his father John C. Hobson (Debora); his brother Scotty Hobson (Lisa); his siblings-in-law, Steve Vencill (Jane), Rodney Mullins (Brenda), Gary Mullins (Monica), Audrey Powers (Roger), Cathy Mullins (Joey) and Iris Mullins; his close friends, Joel Gilmer and Doug Clark; his cousin David Lark; and his sister Mona Cantrell (Wiley).
