It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Lee Paige Jr. of Leesburg, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Lee Paige, Sr. and Cornelia Paige, Sr. (Brehon); and his brother Benjamin Brehon. He is survived by : his husband Vince Black of Leesburg, VA; his children, Alex Black (Heather) of Florida and Masumi Welch (Jason) of Leesburg, VA; his siblings, Yvonne Mason (Greg) of Woodbridge, VA and Hilton Paige (Baudilia) of Fredericksburg, VA.; his nieces and nephews, LaToya Williams-Mason, Cerissa Tee (Eric), Kayana Mason, Alexus Wright, Imani Reynolds, Renee Brehon, Tina Brehon, Cathaliya Lanford, Keisha Gilbert, Kaimba Mason (Chasity), Ilijah Mason, Isaiah Reynolds, Tristan Tee, Benjamin Brehon and Craig Brehon; and his cousins, Leonder Garris, Michael Garris, Basil Garris, Dr. Beverly Glenn, Dana Glenn, Rodney Evans, Renwick Paige, Derwick Paige, Emmanuel Waddell and Louise Wright.
