He is survived by: his wife Wilma Elizabeth Brown; his son Swithern Edward Howard Lloyd Jr. of Richmond, VA; his sister Mildred Lloyd (Richard Smith) of Silver Spring, MD; his sister-in-law Shirley Lloyd of Leesburg; his sibling's children, Brian Lloyd and Maria Lloyd of Middleburg; his great-nieces, Bria Lloyd, Rayna Lloyd and Nya Lloyd of Middleburg; and his cousins, Randy Lloyd, Howard "Pete" Lloyd of Middleburg, Albert, Andrea Smith of Sterling and Henry Julius of Millwood.
