He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Lee Sisk and Janet Marie Jenkins Sisk; his wife Mandy Shairee Rankin Sisk; his children, Daniel Emery Sisk, Ashley Marie Sisk, Lindsey Elizabeth Sisk and Emily Brooklyn Sisk; his brother Virgil Sisk (Vickie); his brother-in-law Marq Rankin (Nicole); Fred and Belinda Rankin. He is also survived by friends. In addition to his parents.
