He is survived by: his wife Carolyn E. "Carol" Riley (Greenwalt); his son Shane Clark; his grandchildren, Ariel Clark of Chilhowie, VA and Slade Clark of Petersburg, WV; and his sibling's children, Patty Shoemaker (Denny) of Moorefield, WV, Tess Hartman Runions of Moorefield, WV, Billie Jo High (Kenny) of Old Fields, WV, Marty Forsythe (Cliff) of Raleigh, NC, B. D. Hartman (Terry) of Indiana and Joe Mallow of Cabins, WV. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
