He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James F. Devine and Rita Haywood Devine; his stepmother Katherine Devine; his siblings, Laurie Dunbar (Vic) and Michael T. Devine; and his stepsister Margaret Goldfaden (Stefan).
