William Franson Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Algot and Nellie Franson (Blankenship); and his daughter Lori Ann Puffenbarger. He is survived by: his spouse Cecille Neale Franson of Linden Drive; his children, Edward "Eddie" M. Benson of Staunton, Debra K. Bashlor (Robert) of Waynesboro and Alisa F. Moats (Randy) of Great Falls, MT; and his grandchildren, Amanda O'Neill, Kristen Keebaugh, Tyler Benson, Cassidy Benson, Daryl Moats and Alana Frederick. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
