She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie B. Mann and Ethel May Tolbert Mann; her friend Elbert "Pete" Puffenbarger; her siblings, Alma Jean Mann Willey, Peggy Ruth Mann Cales and Lonnie Richard Mann; and her former husband Ralph B. Moye.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph "Herb" Allen Jr.; her children, Brenda Moye Jeffries (Tom), Tammy Moye Jackson (Richard) and Jeffrey Benton Moye; and her grandchildren, Thomas Mason Jeffries (Kara), Susan Jeffries Suleske (Adam) and Madison Benton Rubenstein.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (32250 Old Plank Rd, Locust Grove, VA 22508). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Keaton Cemetery (2233 Oliver Ballard Rd, Lindside, WV 24951).
