He was predeceased by : his parents, James Woodcock and Vivian Woodcock; his brother George Woodcock; and his son Jimmy Woodcock. He is survived by : his wife Eileen; his daughter Terry Graham (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Brad, Ryan (Shannon) and Jessica (Rob); and his great grandchildren, Kailey, Adryan, Kitt, Devin and Braden. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (31440 Constitution Hwy, Locust Grove, VA 22508). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Woodcock Memorial Scholarship Fund, C/O Orange County High School, 201 Selma Road, Orange, Va, 22960.
