She is survived by: her husband Nick Kulasza; her children, Brian Shiflett, Michelle Lohr and Melissa Herring; and her brothers, John Milton "Bucky" Wheeler, James H. "Andy" Wheeler (Stacy) and Clarence H. "Sambo" Wheeler. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
