It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Rowland (Long Island, Virginia), who passed away on December 1, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent William Albert Rowland; and his brothers, Elwood Rowland and Johnny Rowland. He is survived by : his parent Elizabeth Worley Rowland; his wife Brenda Pickeral Rowland; his children, Lora R. Layne and Stuart A. Rowland; his brother Paul Rowland; and his grandchildren, Justine Layne, Carter Thomas Layne, Kaylee Rowland, Leslie Rowland and Scarlett Rowland.
