We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2018, Judith Hale (Lorton, Virginia), born in Weirton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Willis Wilkinson and Doris Foreman Wilkinson; her brother Carl Willis Wilkinson, Jr.; and her daughter Kimberly Jo (Morris). She is survived by : her sisters, Kay Fitting of Scottsdale, Carol Figel of Woodsfield and Frank D. Hale of Lorton; her daughters, Tamara Kay Shaffer (Craig) and Elizabeth Ann Hale (Ryan Esch); her grandchildren, Patrick Alan Shaffer (Stephanie Porter), Eric Michael Shaffer (Amber), Allison Paige Shaffer, Corbin Malloy Esch, Parker William Esch, Finley Ryan Esch, Samanta Jo Decker and Sydney Kay Decker (Trevin Cherry); and her great grandchildren, Jesse Christopher Amador Jr of San Angelo and Evie Mikaela Shaffer of San Angelo.
