It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Glen Bullard of Lovettsville, Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Bullard and Sharon Bullard. He is survived by : his wife Karen Evans; his stepchildren, Lyndsay and Gregory Evans (Jessica); his grandchildren, Charley and Stephen; and his siblings, Owen Bullard (Martina) and PJ Bramhall (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
