It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bessie Subena Willoughby of Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Willbert "Jack" Willoughby; her parents, Lewis Schmitt and Subena Schmitt; and her daughter Patsy Lang. She is also survived by six grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren.
