He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Powell Price, Sr. and Bessie Gay Price; his former wife Jean Sexton Price; his son Douglas Sumpter Price, Jr.; his grandson Bryant Douglas Moran; and his siblings, Ray Price, James Price, Sara Graham and Dot Dalton.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Wilson Price of Bethlehem, PA; his daughter Deborah Price Moran of Gretna; his brother Clyde Powell Price, Jr. (Jean) of Gretna; his daughter-in-law Becky Price of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Haley Johnson (Matthew) of Greensboro, NC and Laura Price (Zachary Seaverns) of New York, NY; and his great grandchild Wyatt Sumpter Johnson.
