He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Patterson, Sr. and McDaniel Patterson of Vermont; and his sister-in-law Delores Patterson. He is survived by: his aunt Jane; his cousins, Hazel and Samantha; his brothers, Vincent Patterson, Jr. of Rustburg and Richard Patterson (Betty) of Amherst; his children, George Jr. and Angela Patterson of Lynchburg; his great grandchild Rose Wheeler; and his cousins, Leon Webb, Joe Dillard and Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
