With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Entsminger Nuckols of Lynchburg, Virginia, born in Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Y. Entsminger and Mamie T. Entsminger; her husband Oscar W. Nuckols; her daughter Martha Potter; her sisters, Bertie Macheras, Mary Moore and Hassie Martin; her sons-in-law, Clifford Potter and Jimmy Campbell; her grandson William Potter; and her brother Ernest Entsminger.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Campbell and Jessica Burch (Carl); and her sister Ola Sensabaugh. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
