He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Morrell McMillan; and his parents, Monroe Jess McMillan and Ola Booker McMillan. He is survived by: his daughter Terry McMillan Harbour (Dean) of Lynchburg; his grandsons, Kevin Harbour (Samantha) and Cory Harbour (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Laken and Luke.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Indian Hill Church (2278 Oxford Furnace Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24504).
