We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020, at the age of 91, Lucille Goodman Burks (Lynchburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Stuart Melvin Goodman and Helen Phelps Burke; her husband Earl M. Burks; and her half-sisters, Shirley Burton, Eunice Watts and Betty Harris.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Burks (Christa) of Estero, FL, Julie Cordier (Jack) of Rustburg, Timothy Burks (Michelle) of Aberdeen, MD and Mark Burks (Pam) of Lynchburg; and her half-sisters, Patricia Blankenship (Lee) of Spout Springs and Jean B. Thurman of Spout Springs. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
