He was predeceased by : his son Austin Brandon Chase. He is survived by : his wife Timi B. Chase; his parents, Robert Chase and Nancy Chase; his children, Robert Frederick Chase, Whitney Petrie and Lauren Ashley Chase; and his sisters, Susan Guerreiro and Jennifer Shevlin.
