He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Earl Wade and Arlene Brooks Wade. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Wade Reichard (Charlie) and Mary Wade Riddle (Russell); and his nephews, Chris Templeton (Melissa), Trevor Templeton (Brittany) and Aaron Hall (Sydney).
