She was predeceased by: her parents, Presley Thornton and Susie Thornton; her husband Robert Owen Foster; her son Randal Stuart Foster; and also, Peter Presley Thornton and Sharon Pryor.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Bryan Stuart Foster (Lori) of Greensboro, NC and Benjamin Owen Foster of Monroe; her great grandchildren, Addison Christine Foster and William Presley Foster; and her siblings, Thomas "T. D." Thornton II (Ginny) of Forest, Rebecca Pryor of Pleasant View, Barbara Lee Allen of Madison Heights and Daniel Presley Thornton (Melissa) of Boonsboro. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
