He is survived by: his parent Mary Temple Hill Fray; his wife Patricia Lee Wash Fray of Madison; his children, Cathy Mangiere (Richard) of Goochland, Mary Yowell (Edwin) of Gordonsville and John William Clarke, Sr.; his wife Tiffany of Crozet; and his brother Joseph Jackson Fray (Judy) of Madison.
