We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2018, at the age of 71, Larry Gibson Carter (Madison, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Pattie Carter; his son-in-law Lee B. Rees; his grandchildren, Carter S. Rees of Madison and Anneston D. Rees of Madison; and also Pattie Elizabeth Carter Rees. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
