She was predeceased by: her husband John Lee Carpenter; and her siblings, Robert F. Campbell, Martha F. Blakey and Mary Frances Peyton. She is survived by: her children, Thurston A. Carpenter (Shelia) of Brightwood, John A. Carpenter, Shawn A. Carpenter (Donette) and Audrey L. Jackson (Harry); her grandchild Tony Carpenter, Jr.; her wife Tiffany; and also, Joshua Carpenter, Monique Carpenter, Kennedy Carpenter, Arvell Carpenter, Kelva Jaudon (Jermaine), Darius Michael Carpenter, Imani Raquel Carpenter and Camden Lee Carpenter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, two great-nephews and cousins.
