He is survived by: his mother Matilda Lee Smith; his wife Kathleen Marie Stauffer Nissley; his children, Andrea Kay Nissley Paradis (Trevor), Keith Durrell Nissley (Caren) and Timothy Alan Nissley (Tanya); his grandchildren, Sean, Mariah Hertzler, Nicole, Connor and Ella Nissley; and his siblings, Paul Nissley (Rhoda), John Nissley, Steven Nissley, Linda Nissley and Brenda Stoltzfus (John).
