With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennie Metcalf of Manassas Park, Virginia, born in Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Reverend William Ledford and Mary Ledford; her husband Lewis Martin Metcalf; and her siblings, George, Floyd, Troy, James Ledford, Millard, Kenneth Orr, Edith Jackson, Bessie Cashen, Grace Orr, Gladys Brooks, Anna Laura Jenkins and Lila Lindsey.

She is survived by : her children, Danny Metcalf Sr. (Tammy) of Amissville, VA and Brenda Hibbitts (Dennis) of Manassas Park, VA.; her grandchildren, Danny Metcalf, Jr. of Amissville, VA, Joni Clark of Amissville, VA, Dennis Hibbitts, Jr. (Danielle) of Stafford, VA and Jennifer Twombly (Michael) of Bealeton, VA.; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Bryce, Declan and Cole.
