She is survived by : the father of her children Charlie Puckett; her children, James "Paul" Puckett of Manassas, VA, Sandra "Crissy" Gagne of Manassas Park, VA and Samantha "Gwen" Puckett of Manassas Park, VA; her sisters, Libby O'Connor of Damascus, MD, Sue Breeden of Waynesboro, PA, Joyce McVey of Tazewell, VA and Wanda Ward (Gene) of Tazewell, VA; and her grandchildren, Amanda Puckett, James Puckett, Clay Sheets, Justin Boyd and Olivia Gagne.
