It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Wicks of Bristow, Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Wicks to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Diral A. Winston; her parent Rebecca R. Winston; her sisters, Martha M. Winston and Dorothy Reavis; and her mother-in-law Carolyn M. Wicks.
She is survived by: her friends, Patricia Perry (Tricia), Linnoya Royster (Teensy) and Judy Jenkins; her husband Leon H. Wicks; her siblings-in-law, Alan Russell (Christyle), Byron Russell, Joseph Wicks (Aida), Arlene and Elaine Russell; her goddaughters, Carneshia Hawkins and Britteny Henderson; her nephew Scotty Hawkins; and her friends, Harry L Williams and Joseph Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center (10001 Nokesville Rd, Manassas, VA 20110).
