He was predeceased by: his daughter Sandra Kay Perko Follenius. He is survived by: his wife Kay Perko; and his children, Karen Halnon (Thomas), Michael Perko (Tamie) and Debra Caufman (Bill). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
