Though Evelyn Virginia may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Ann Nuckols and Danielle Virginia Kestner; her grandchildren, Shyann, Shelby, Isaac and Layla; her great grandchild Ryker; and her siblings, Susan Torres (George) and Steven Riley (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Soul's Harbor Church of God (8900 Portner Ave, Manassas, VA 20110).
