He was predeceased by: his father Bernard "Bernie" Kocis, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jeannie Kocis; and his siblings, Bernard Kocis, Stephen Kocis (Mary), Joe Kocis, Barbara Kocis and Theresa Kocis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
