She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Isabelle Carey (Johnson) and Walter Daniel Carey; and her sister Marybelle Davis (Carey) of Sidney. She is survived by: her husband Dominick; her children, Michael Middleton, Patrick Middleton, Lisa Meckstroth (Middleton), Mary Fellenz (Gibino), Rebecca Gibino and Sarah Martin (Gibino); her grandchildren, Anthony Delmar, Adriana Gibino, Erin MacKinnon, Liam MacKinnon and Savannah Martin; and her former husband Richard L. Middleton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Nurses House.
