He was predeceased by: his son Patrick Buchanan; and his brothers, Robert Buchanan and James Buchanan. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon, Theresa, Stephanie Buchanan and Patricia Aguirre (Matthew); and his granddaughters, Mackenzie Aguirre and Riley Aguirre.
