She was predeceased by : her husband Randolph Winebarger; her siblings, Ernest Burkett, Charles E. Burkett, Helen Louise Burkett, Annie Sheets, Lucille Malosky and Mary Bridgeman; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Burkett.
She is survived by : her children, Jacqueline Rose (Robert) of Chesterfield, Kenneth R. Winebarger (Shirley) of Chesterfield and Allan W. Winebarger (Tammy) of Marion; her brothers, George Burkett (Viola) of Speedwell and Oliver Burkett of Spotsylvania; and her grandchildren, Ashley Bardon of Powhatan, Shaun Rose of Amelia, Eric Winebarger of Washington State, Joshua Winebarger and Christy Woodruff of Georgetown. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
