He was predeceased by : his child Deward Sinclair; and his wife Cheryl Sims Sinclair. He is survived by : his children, Dora Mae Punch Sinclair, Steven Sinclair, Melanie Weatherholtz, Karen Shollenberger and Laurin Yaeger. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
