He was predeceased by : his parents, Betty Ruth Berryman Huff and N. C.. He is survived by : his wife Teressa; his children, Travis Huff of Raleigh, NC and Cheryl McNeely of Durham, NC; his sister Phyllis of Sanford, NC; his uncle Minister Joseph Cornelius Berryman; his niece Chelley Davis; his grandchildren, LinQuan Jones, Robert McNeely, Alexis Huff and Claire-Jamison McNeely; his great grandchild Aairyn Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Naomi Totten, Dr. Marion Holloway (Enoch Holloway) and Andrew Taylor. He is also survived by cousins; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greater Zion Holy Temple (608 Oddfellow St, Sanford, NC 27330). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at the Lee Memory Gardens (2600 Hawkins Ave, Sanford, NC 27330).
