He was predeceased by: his parents, George I. Harville and Estelle Elizabeth Dudley Harville; and his siblings, Charles I, David L. Harville and Charlene H. Trent.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa G. Harville; his grandson Zachary "Zack" Gordon (Mercedes); his great grandchildren, Harper, Atticus Gordon and Noam Fleagle; and his wife Frances Wade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home (103 Clearview Dr, Martinsville, VA 24112). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. It was at the close of President Trump's first term, when the United States was devastated with the COVID 19 pandemic.
