He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Paul A. Lewis; and his brother Ronald Dale Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Frances Taylor Lewis; his wife Diane King Lewis; his children, Jennifer Graham (Daniel), Brittney Palmer (Andrew), Lee Lewis (Stephanie), Brian Hughes, Brandon Hughes and Bradley Hughes; his grandchildren, Olivia Cotton, Zane Graham, Charlee Lewis, Aspen Palmer, Jade Hylton, Leif Hughes and Ayden Hughes; his great grandchild Danielle Cotton; and his sister Karen Shupe.
