He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Lee Wade and Edward Earl Wade; and his great-nephew Rylee Scott Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Howell (Eddie) of Goldsboro, NC and Edward Dale Wade, Sr. (Donna) of Mathews; his siblings' children, Tiffany Taylor Miller (Jason) and Travis Ray Taylor (Megan) of La Grange, NC; his great-nephew Walker Scott Miller; and his great-niece Ally May Taylor.
