He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn Brookins of Stafford, VA, Helen Heflin of Fredricksburg, VA and Jamie Dalton of Fredericksburg, VA; and his siblings, Terri Viars of Max Meadows, VA and Douglas Albert Dalton of Hillsville, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
