He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Peters (Odessa Harmon Peters). He is survived by: his children, Wilma Peters Justus (Gyler), William J. Peters, Sr. (Elaine), Patricia A. Tuck (Walter), Alvin R. Peters (Lynn Cadle), Michael D. Peters, Sr. (Donna), Elizabeth Brickey (Todd) and Robert Peters (Sandy). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several other family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Melton Cemetery.
