He was predeceased by: his parent Beulah Mabel (Varner). He is survived by: his parent Lester James Botkin; his son Douglas A. Botkin (Sandra); his grandson Douglas D. Botkin (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Lily Botkin of Churchville, Alex Botkin of Churchville and Piper Botkin of Churchville; and his friend Sally Robertson of Staunton.
