She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy and Josephine Catherine Pullin (Page); her husband Robert Bickley Wade; her daughter Linda Lee Helmick; her grandchildren, Jeremy and Brandi Helmick; and her siblings, Millie P. Gordon, William Roy Pullin Jr., Gene and Curtis Pullin.
She is survived by: her children, R. B. Wade Jr. (Patsy) of Crozet and Lillian Grace Botkin of Monterey; and her grandchildren, Denise Simmons, Cindy Botkin, Roberta Stanley, Dennis and Botkin Jr.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
