He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Keene and Leona Keene; and his daughter Angela Hampton. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his son Keith Steele (Keila); his grandchildren, Keith Steele, Jr. (Brittany), Ethan Steele, Zachary Hampton and Tiffany Brown; his great grandchild Autum Steele; and his siblings, Jerry, David, Roger Keene and Patricia Turley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
